we are in the center of Venice , there aren't cars here . The nearest parkings is int the terminal area for cars : "Piazzale Roma" (in Venice ) or Tronchetto 30 minutes walking from us . Please check in the Google maps

In general everything is fine - this is good place to stay for a few nights, but not perfect
In general everything is fine - this is good place to stay for a few nights in Venezia: there are pretty comfortable beds, working toilet and shower. Air conditioner also works okay. Also host provided electric kettle and cups for us!
There are no any possibility to cook or prepare the food. The view from window was on another roof. Toilet is needed for some repair (especially shower cabin - there was only one door side for closing - see photo)

A great place for a short stay in Venice
Great location, great host, close enough to the hustle and bustle without being too close, easy walk to the waterbus stops and the canals. Room was comfortable and it had great shower pressure!
So many stairs and no elevator, if you’re lugging a big suitcase you best be ready for that! Room was smaller than expected, was tough to fit two large suitcases.

Very Good
Great location for the centre and pottering quiet streets. Comfortable room and fan was useful. Has a fridge which was a bonus.
No wifi in room just communal area. If you struggle with stairs you have to go up a few flights to get to the rooms.
